We operate an e-shop on the Tamer.cz website
We process some personal data to provide the sale of goods and operate our website.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (‘GDPR’)
I. Processing of personal data
- Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly via the inquiry form. These are: name and surname, e-mail address and other data that you enter when registering in our e-shop
For what reason?
We will contact you through them for further agreement regarding the offered goods and subsequent services.
On what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiating a contract or taking measures prior to concluding a contract at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 10 years from our last communication, unless special regulations stipulate a different period.
- Processing of personal data in the event of a purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the data you provide. This is mainly billing data: name, surname, address, telephone number and possibly other data voluntarily provided during registration
For what reason?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract - to deliver our goods to you. We will also communicate with you via the contact details regarding the status of your order, or regarding complaints or your questions.
We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints or possible exchanges.
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of the contract and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR - performance of the contract and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR - performance of the contract and Article 6(1)(b c) GDPR – fulfillment of our legal obligation.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of our service and then 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
- Newsletters (commercial communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and you have not prohibited us from doing so when purchasing, we will use your e-mail address to send you our news.
On what legal basis?
This is permitted by the provisions of Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you have prohibited us from doing so when making a purchase.
How long will we process personal data?
10 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via e-mail or contact us at e-mail: eshop@tamer.cz
II. Who has access to the data?
Your data will remain with us. However, we do have some companies or other people working for us who have access to the data because they help us run our e-shop. They are:
- operator of the e-shop platform Shoptet (company Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Company ID 289 35 675, the company is registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 25 395)
- companies involved in the dispatch of goods (GLS, packeta s.r.o., PPL, WE:DO)
- companies involved in the dispatch of payments (shoptet pay, gopay)
- provider of e-mailing service (ecomail)
- marketing agency (Jirkont)
Your personal data may also reach the following other entities:
- Foxentry, Collabim,
We process personal data only within the European Union.
III. What else you should know
We do not have a designated data protection officer in our company.
There is no decision-making based on automated processing or profiling in our company.

IV. Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data
The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we are processing about you, to request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or to request restriction of processing, you can request a copy of the personal data being processed, to request that we erase your personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or to take your claims to court.
