Black cumin(Nigella sativa) is considered one of the most medicinal plants in Eastern medicine. It contains 84% unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins A, B, D and E. It is a powerful antioxidant and helps maintain normal cholesterol levels. It helps calm the nervous system, relieves tension and reduces pressure. Anti-cancer effects have also been shown in several studies.
