Shopping

• Select the relevant department in the top menu and the individual product categories within it until you reach your destination.
• If you already know what you want, use the search. At the top of the page you will find a search bar that, in cooperation with the whisperer, will lead you to the desired product.

Cart

1. You can add the product to the cart using the Add to Cart button.
2. In the cart, you will clearly see everything you have added to it in one place - the exact name of the product, availability, number of pieces (you can change it at will).
3. You will see the complete contents of the cart every time you add the product to it or if you click on the cart symbol in the upper right part of the page.

Login

You can log in as:

1. New customer - just enter your email and continue in the order.
2. Registered customer, if you have already purchased from us and registered with your password. Fill in your email and password and continue with the order. If you have forgotten your password, we will send it to the email address you registered with.

Your email address is used for all communication regarding your order, so it is essential to fill it in.

Shipping and payment

Choose the most suitable type of shipping based on the product and your preference.

If you are ordering multiple items with different availability, it is up to you whether you prefer delivery as soon as possible (the shipments will be divided and the items in stock will be shipped immediately) or wait until all the items you ordered are in stock and we will then ship them to you in one shipment.

Summary and sending your order

Before sending your order, you will have access to a complete summary of your order. If all the details are correct, complete the order by pressing the Send order button.
